Our prints and frames are packed with the greatest care and attention, using the best packing materials on the market. However, damage can happen. Should there be an issue with freight damage please contact us within 24 hours or receipt, send us some photos, and we will do our very best to rectify the situation for you as fast as we can.

All products are custom made to order, hence we do not refund for change of mind.
Our prints and framed prints are very well packed in bubble wrap and specially made boxes. However, we cannot control Post and freight companies so in the event your order arrives damaged please take some photos and contact us within 7 days of receipt of the goods so we can help you solve this ASAP. You must contact The Arte before goods are to be returned to us.
We cannot take responsibility for damaged occurred whilst hanging your frame, or if you use unnecessary products on your framed print.
Goods left uncollected at the local depot or post office will automatically be returned to The Arte. We can resend at receiver’s expense.
Once orders are despatched we send you tracking - it’s the receivers responsibility to track their parcel.
